Catastrophic failure 23 days after the return window closed. The hose inside the flex pipe ruptured. The vendor contacted me and sent me the replacement parts as soon as reasonably possible. GREAT service!!!!!
This thing is awesome - heavy, solid, well-packed with very nice finish pluse some spare parts. Instructions were a bit over-kill, diagrams showed steps that weren't necessary, as all of the gaskets were already in place, etc. Dropped right into a stainless commercial sink with standard hole placement.

Nice faucet but it is very tall. The sprayer hose is not long enough and has too much resistance with the coil on it. Too many valves that are confusing.
