Amazing Customer Serivce!

The faucet I bought was working great until a winter storm struck and it burst. After talking to a representative about the issue, I was able to receive correct replacement part with instruction for no charge! They responded very quickly and were very helpful about all my doubts and questions. Kudos to their great customer service. The faucet itself works well and is very easy to install and repair. I recommend you shut off the water and drain it during the winter times if it is kept outside.

So far so good

Only been in use for a week. Seems to be holding up well at this point, time will tell. We’re using it in our deli/bakery, if it survives a year or better then I’m happy. It’s used heavily every day so we’ll see.

missing parts

I received 3 of these faucets and 1 of the boxes was missing all of the seals, gaskets and screws that were in the other 2 boxes.

Plagued with leaks!

Installed faucet in auto repair shop, faucet receives moderate usage 5 days a week. Mainly used to wash hands and wash off parts. Worked great first few weeks and then the leaks started, we simply can not keep sprayer and or sprayer nozzle from leaking. We have removed and inspected all parts, replaced seals and o-rings several times, tried different seals and o-rings. All is good for short period of time and leaks return. As saying goes, you get what you pay for. After 14 months it's time to throw in the towel.
